Detail about this car
This is a 1972 Chevy Nova with 39,700 miles. It was originally a 250ci inline 6 cylinder, but has been replaced with a new, crate 350 engine less than 1,000 miles ago. It retains it's original powerglide transmission, but with the addition of a TransGo shift improver kit. This car is entirely factory appearing, with a meticulous attention to detail taken for all modifications. With the addition of rally wheels and hood louvers, this would make a nice SS clone.

The body panels are original and, as can be expected, they are not perfect. However, the general appearance is very good! I planned on leaving the body alone for at least a few years because it looks so nice as-is. To make it show-quality perfect, it needs a drivers side front fender and both rear quarters (you could use partial patch panels on both sides, although I think full quarters make for a better end-result). The floor-pans are very solid and the trunk pan only has a small (3/4" x 1") hole that could be repaired easily.

The engine is completely new (not rebuilt). It's a factory-built crate, L31-R Chevrolet Performance 350 that has 9.5:1 compression hypereutectic pistons, Vortec cylinder heads (upgraded to screw-in rocker studs and beehive springs), hydraulic roller cam (Comp Cams .495/.502 lift), Edelbrock RPM intake, MSD HEI ignition, Edelbrock 650 AVS carburetor, and Hooker Headers. It's a really nice street combination that starts easily and idles great. I've also upgraded the original 10 bolt differential with 30-spline Moser axles and Eaton TrueTrac posi unit inside the original housing. I also replaced the worn-out mono-leaf suspension with a set of USA made multi-leafs.

The interior is entirely original and is in great shape! The only flaw is the drivers seat which has a couple small tears in the bottom cushion.

This is a pretty neat car and there are too many things to list (I have all the receipts), so feel free to call, text, or email Cory with any questions or offers.
