Ownwe says: “Read entire ad before contacting me !” This is a rare rust free and fully remodeled 1974 Dodge Dart Sport with Rallye graphics however it’s NOT a real Rallye edition. It’s powered by a healthy early 80’s 318 V8 engine 4BBL Holley Carb and and automatic transmission. Power disc brakes, sunroof, fold down rear seat , shifter console, etc. Most everything has been replaced and or repaired. It’s been garaged for the last 10 years or so with about $500 in back fees. Serious buyers only please, low offers and irrelevant comments and or questions will be ignored. No tardes. No accidents great condition , nice driver, it has a salvage title due to a silly reason. It has been kept in the garage the entire time I have owned it (2012)other than pulling it out into my driveway every couple months. It has a rebuilt Jeep Cherokee engine in it so it can be driven and maintained like an every day car.Power steering. Runs great. Original exterior and interior. Car was Purchased New in Wisconsin (Land Of The AMC's) in Late 1974, and remained there with the Original Owners until 2010
2nd Owner Purchased in the Car - From New Jersey, and Owned it until My Purchase in September 2011 - (He Found the 79 Anniversary T/A of His Dreams)
I have Owned the Car Since 2011 - (Owned a 1972 AMX 401 - 4 Speed Car When I was a Teenager in the Late 70's)

Unique Story About This Car:
The Original Owner Wanted a New AMX in 1974. After Visiting Several Dealerships Locally There Were No AMX's Available Anymore. It Was The Last Year They Were Produced - 4,980 AMX's Out Of 27,696 Javelins.
After Seeing This Car on The Lot With Optional Side Stripes They Opted to Have The Dealer Add All The AMX Options To This car To Make It An AMX.

Added / Replaced: * AMX Functional Fiberglass Cowl Induction Hood *AMX T Stripe Decal On Hood and Fenders * AMX SS Flush Mesh Screen Grill, Emblem, and Parking Lamps * 71-73 AMX Front Spoiler * Rear Ducktail Spoiler, and Emblem * AMX Blacked Out Rear Taillight Panel and Bumper * AMX "Go Package - Rally Pac" Instruments * AMX Interior Engine Turned Aluminum Trim and Emblems to Upper Doors, and Dash Panel Face * Upgraded Rally Steering Wheel * 14" Magnum 500 Wheels
During This Transformation, The Original Owner Opted to Retain Some of The Original Take Off Parts Which Are Still Wrapped in Newspaper from 1975, I Still Have Some Of These Parts - I.E.: Burlwood Interior Trim Panels, Front Chin Panel, Etc.
Overall The Car Is Truly A True Survivor / Unrestored Car

Racing Javelin AMX's Won The Trans-Am SCCA World Titles with Penske Racing/ Mark Donahue Teams in 1971, 1972, and 1976. Drivers Included George Follmer and Mark Donahue. These Cars Regularly Competed With the Chevy Camaro, Ford Mustang, Dodge Challenger
Since My Ownership I Have Checked Over The Car to Make It Roadworthy. New Battery, Alternator, Plugs, Wires, Tune Up, Replaced The Fluids, and Filters, Etc. Tires Have Less Than 200 Miles On Them.
Items Requiring Some Attention: Radiator Should Be Re-Cored, and Possibly a Shroud Added. Tends to Start To Run Warm On Real Slow Cruise Type Situations For an Extended Period Of Time - Never Overheated. Brakes Should Be Gone Thru - Discs Front / Drums Rear. Believe the Rear Drums Could Used Turned Due to Long Periods Of Sitting / Possible Internal Corrosion. The Car Does Stop Fine For Now.

The Car Does Have a Couple Small Areas of Rust ... Behind Each Rear Quarter Panel Wheel Opening, and and Area or Two Along the Cowl, and A Pillar Area ... They Have Been Treated / Touched Up and Have Not Appeared to Spread Any Further.
Car Has Always Been Garage Kept or In An Enclosed Trailer.
Car Has A Clean CA Title in My Name, Currently Registered, and Insured.
The Prices On These Cars Are On The Rise, and There Aren't Many Available "The Forgotten Muscle Car"

Found this one being offered for sale at Craigslist about 24 days ago and still online today, as you've seen here is 1974 Plymouth Cuda which will be sold with a stroker motor. Overall condition look greats in and out was showing by photos, must see if you're realy interested.

Owner says, This is a 1974 Plymouth Barracuda with a Stroker Motor just built and put in. It came from the factory with a 318 motor and a 3-spd tranny but I gave it an upgrade. It has a stroker motor with Hooker headers, MagnaFlow exhaust, MSD ignition, new radiator,fuel lines, Brand New 4-SPD trans with a Hurst shifter and racing clutch and yes, it does have A/C (classic air). Basically the drivetrain is completely redone and is in perfect working order. I have all receipts for parts that was put on. The interior has been redone and on a scale of 1-10, its about an 8. The A-Piller needs to be replaced. The exterior is starting to fade and has a few chips here and there but its not bad at all. Overall the car is in very good condition and drives excellent. It seems that there is no end to the gas pedal. The harder you step on it, the faster it goes.
