Dodge Challenger . Starting with the drive train, Aluminum Radiator, 440 engine block year (68), this has been totally rebuilt by Ed Lima's Accurate Machine Shop, has a 7 qt. oil pan, Forged steel crank, 509 lift cam (292) duration has an RPM performance aluminum intake manifold, 950 CFM Holley carb, aluminum stealth heads port and polished. Intake valves are stainless steel 2.14 and 1.81 exhaust. Exhaust system is new by Rods Mufflers. Mufflers are 2 chamber flowmasters. Headers are 2 inch tubes and are made by TTI. Has an electronic Ignition MSD with several rev limiters. Pistol grip 4 speed was rebuilt by S-k speed in Long Island N.Y. has bronze. syncro's not brass and steel forks. Clutch is a Ram 3 finger pressure plate. New fly wheel, Heavy duty steel scatter shield, rear end is a 8 3/4 posi with 391 gears and also has heavy duty moser axles. Rear has new super stock springs. Rally wheels are new, all 4 tires are 80% in good condition. Interior has new front and rear skins, new original dash board from year one (not imitation) new rug, new headliner, new windshield, has fiberglass hood, the stripe is painted on (not a sticker) all lights and gauges work. Paint job was done by Dynamic auto body. Body is straight, no orange peel. Paint job is show quality, new bumpers, new gas tank and sending unit. Car runs extremely strong. No trades.

1970 Dodge Challenger R/T SE. This is a very rare factory correct numbers matching frame off restoration. This banana yellow Challenger features the legendary Magnum 440 engine, a 727 transmission. There were only 733 of these vehicles made in the R/T SE package with 440 Magnum and 727 transmission making this unique car even more collectible. Attention to detail was meticulous in the restoration including factory correct stampings, decals, instruction sheets, and even little such as the maintenance hang tags make this Challenger look like it rolled off the dealership floor yesterday. Inside this icon all the original options were left un touched including the original AM only radio and leather seats. Full vin decoding sheet with the vehicle shows the amount of care that went into correctness of the restoration. In 1970 this Challenger could be the most well optioned example available complete with the A36 performance package which included the performance radiator, 7 blade fan, limited slip rear end, and hemi suspension package. It's not very often you find a mopar of this quality and caliber and the numbers are getting lower and lower as the years roll on.
