I am selling my 1970 Ford Ranchero with original Black CA Plates. It is an original 429 Thunderjet N-Code car, and currently has a 1971 Ford 460 (DIVE-A2B) installed. I still have the original 429 block and heads, and they will be included in the sale. The body has 91K miles. After owning this Ranchero for 14 years, I have decided to sell. Here are a few of the details --

-- Original 9-Inch Rear End with SSBC Rear Disc Brake Conversion, and 3:90 gears

The bumpers were recently rechromed, and the entire car was painted a few years ago in Wimbledon White, and shines beautifully! It shows very well! I recently went on a 500 mile road trip, and car performed flawlessly!

Price $17900
Location New River, Arizona

Detail about this car by owner
Found this one 2-door hardtop Chevy Impala SS being offered for sale in New River, Arizona. 1968 Chevrolet Impala SS396 325hp
Matching numbers FACTORY M-21 Muncie 4-speed A/C P/S P/D/B - Bucket seats - Floor Console
Factory Air Conditioning works excellent and blows ice cold. Excellent driver.
History of car is that it has always been in the southwest between Texas and Arizona. Very slight bubbling of paint at rear quarters but it won't show up in photos. Some rust at rear trunk area (see photo), OTHERWISE THIS IS AN almost RUST FREE SOUTHWEST GEM.

Paint was changed from gold to orange/red color years ago. It is very presentable as a driver. Some paint flaws I've tried to show in photos. NOT A CONCOURSE SHOW CAR--please guys, this is an excellent condition 'driver' that performs super well.
All original chrome, trim, rallye wheels, etc. All in good shape, but definitely original with some stress cracks in corners of chrome bumpers, etc. This is a 5 footer car--definitely nice driver quality but not a perfect show car by any means. Could be restored to show car quality, but why would you? Too much fun to drive as is.
12 bolt rear differential, 3:31 ratio open rear end.
245/60/15 Cooper RWL radials are at approx. 80% tread remaining. Spare included but NO JACK.
All dash gauges - interior and exterior lights - buzzers & alarms - all working great---MISSING RADIO. All window glass (tinted) might be original and in excellent cond. All windows operate as should roll up/down all window crank mechanisms in good condition & operate smoothly.
Clutch and transmission working excellent. Runs excellent--starts easy and runs great. NO ISSUES with any driving mechanicals or function. Fan motor blower heater A/C works great. 4 speed Muncie shifts very well, nice & tight with no slop in shifting mechanism or trans. Clutch action is smooth and engages/disengages nicely with no slip.
Interior was changed from gold seats to black years ago. So this was an original gold/gold car changed to red/black. Original carpet still in place. NO CRACKS in original dash. Vinyl top looks newer and is in excellent shape. All stainless trim and chrome is original, all SS badges appear to be original.
Original engine rebuilt at 84K miles with mild cam upgrade, head & valve work, etc. Not a drag racer, but still street-able and mildly tuned. Very powerful engine has great sound and mild lope to cam. Foot to floor and this beast will really move, even as big and heavy as it is. True dual exhaust with magna-flow mufflers all the way to back. Excellent suspension, tight steering with no slop, excellent brakes, NEW DRIVE SHAFT, NEW POWER BRAKE BOOSTER, NEW A/C LINES and compressor re-charged, NEW FUEL LINES, etc.
If you've read this far you probably already know how rare a factory matching numbers engine / matching numbers 4 speed Muncie Trans / true SS396 / Air Conditioning / Power Steering / Power Disc Brakes car is. The factory air combined with factory 4-speed makes this car very rare indeed. This is also the rarer still Custom Coupe body style.

Call if any questions -- Mike show contact info Located in New River, AZ 85087 (just N. of Phoenix).
I invite any all prospective buyers to physically inspect car in person prior to purchase. PLEASE CALL ME if unclear about any of these terms.
I found the numbers at the passenger front of the engine block and they read as follows:
T1220IA 78R133506
Looks like it is indeed a factory 4-speed, and the last nine digits also match the car's V.I.N.
This does indeed appear to be a very special car, and I hope that she goes into someone's collection of rare high performance GM muscle cars. Please remember to drive it though, as it's really too good of a car to just sit.
The brakes are power DISC front & DRUM rear.
The carb is an Edelbrock 4-bbl (big one). All other accessories including radiator, fan, shroud, pumps & pulleys etc. seem to be OEM original.
The A/C might have been converted to R-134, however I can't promise that. I don't see any stickers designating it as having been converted, so it's possible that it might still be charged with R-12.
Please feel free to call or email with any more questions.

Beautiful 1972 Buick GS For Sale

Beautiful 1972 Buick GS For Sale

Buy American Muscle Cars, Beautiful 1972 Buick GS For Sale

Price $22500
Location Oregon

Detail about this car by owner
This is a 1972 Buick GS, VIN is 4G37K2Z108xxx, the "G" in the VIN verifies it's a GS, the "K" indicates the GS 350-V8 4-barrel motor, and the "Z" means it was built at the Fremont California assembly plant. It was sold new at Bauer Motors in Costa Mesa, California. The car has the Factory 1972 GS Ram-Air 350-V8 motor, it is the code-75 "Fire Red" paint color, and has the code-A "White" vinyl top.

It's been in California for all of it's life until coming up here to Oregon a few years ago. Back in 2008 it was restored & repainted, and as you can see in the pictures it is still a very NICE, CLEAN car inside & out, and still in excellent overall condition! The 350 motor runs very strong, transmission shifts well, and is very fun to drive. The odometer shows about 08000 miles, which is over 100,000 miles (108,000). It is a very straight, solid, RUST FREE California car.

It's pretty much an all original GS, however, when it was restored in 2008, some of the interior upholstery (seats & door panels) was changed from the original "white" color to Black. Some people might prefer the original white color, but many other people would also rather have the black color (myself included).

My GS is equipped with the following items,,

Ram-Air 350-V8, 4-barrel motor,
Turbo-350 Automatic Transmission,
Air Conditioning (still all hooked up & blowing nice cold air),
Power steering,
Power disc brakes,
Bucket seats,
Console with floor shifter,
Gauges,
Tachometer,
Speed alert buzzer,
Sport mirrors,
Heavy duty cooling system (engine & transmission),
Heavy duty suspension with rear sway-bar,
Performance rear axle, 3.42 (non-posi),
Sport steering wheel,
AM Radio,
Soft-Ray tinted glass,
15-inch Rally wheels,
Dual exhaust.

I bought it last year, enjoyed driving it around during the summer, and kept is stored in my garage the rest of the time.
Price is $22,500. I doubt you'll find a nicer '72 GS for the price. I'm not interested in any trades.

I will NOT deal with unknown people over the phone, no matter how serious you claim to be, and I will NOT "ship" the car! No exceptions!
In order to buy my GS, you need to be able to come to Oregon to talk with me in person, and to see the car with your own eyes & go for a test drive, so you'll have no doubts about its overall condition and/or how well it runs & drives.

If you want to come see my GS in person, please send a message & please check your E-MAIL for my reply, and we'll arrange a time to meet.

Located in the Eugene, Oregon area, clear Oregon title in hand, in my name, ready to sign & sell. Thank you.
