1970 Dodge Challenger R/T SE. This is a very rare factory correct numbers matching frame off restoration. This banana yellow Challenger features the legendary Magnum 440 engine, a 727 transmission. There were only 733 of these vehicles made in the R/T SE package with 440 Magnum and 727 transmission making this unique car even more collectible. Attention to detail was meticulous in the restoration including factory correct stampings, decals, instruction sheets, and even little such as the maintenance hang tags make this Challenger look like it rolled off the dealership floor yesterday. Inside this icon all the original options were left un touched including the original AM only radio and leather seats. Full vin decoding sheet with the vehicle shows the amount of care that went into correctness of the restoration. In 1970 this Challenger could be the most well optioned example available complete with the A36 performance package which included the performance radiator, 7 blade fan, limited slip rear end, and hemi suspension package. Up for sale is my beloved 1970 Ford Galaxie XL this car is basically a late 60s early 70s time capsule everything that's been done to this car has been done in a truly nostalgic fashion other then the sound system which was done by the previous owner,( he took out the back seat and built a custom sound system which is pretty sweet.) I love this car and hate to let it go but unfortunately its time. I have invested lots of time and close to $10,000 over the years but as they say my loss is your gain. The car has a 429 thunderjet with a Holley 4 barrel carburetor, an edelbrock 460 manifold, a Holley blue electric fuel pump and regulator, a Ford 9in rear end, a B&M slap shifter on a reibuilt c6 transmission, it has new alternator, new ignition coils, new U joints, new shocks, new starter solenoid, it has custom toggle switches that control the fuel pump, fan, and interior lights it works as a great anti theft device, it also has a nice set of S/S Crager rims with BFG radial T/A tires a must on a car like this. And of course with every car there are some cons like the tags are bad and a couple other small things like the Passenger door only opens from the inside which I might have fixed by the time its sold if I can find the time and the handles for the windows need new clips or new knobs again if I find the time I'll just do it Im looking to trade for a nice running VW Bug with at least $1500 cash on top I will consider other trades aswell some interest are custom van, Harley, chopper, bobber, classic wagon, hearse, jeep, land rover, classic cars, muscle cars, hot rods, 4x4s, even newer cars, OR BEST CASH OFFER, any trades must have at least $1500 cash on top don't hesitate to make offers just don't be foolish.
